一.Knitting equipments and throughput

1. 28 sets of 28G and 24G single small circular knitting machine Model J05 with wide 19”~22” made in Aolijiu Company of Italy, and the throughput is 150 tons per month. The varieties: undershirt fabric, mesh and color striped cloth

2. 2 sets of 24G double-faced jacquard circular knitting machine Model UP 472 with wide 30” made in West Germany, and the throughput is 12 tons per month. The varieties: double-faced jacquard cloth of various color, interlock fabric and carcass.

3. 5 sets of 18G and 20G three-threadfleece machine with wide 32” and 30” made in West Germany, and the throughput is 48 tons per month. The varieties: looped fabric, flannelette and undershirt fabric.

4. 8 sets of 18G screw thread Model RH116 with wide 14”~19” made in West Germany, and the throughput is 28 tons per month. The varieties: spandex rib and common rib (1+1,2+2)

5. 40 sets of 28G, 22G and 32G table machine with wide 16”~32” made in China, and the throughout is 120 tons per month. The variety: undershirt fabric, flannelette and looped fabric.

二. The bleaching and dyeing equipments and the throughput

42 sets of machine including: high-temperature dyeing machine, argon bleaching line, Model Q113, short liquor and associated equipments, tensionless dryer, felt pre-shrank machine, heat setting machine and napping machine, and the throughput is 200 tons per month.

三.Printing and embroidery equipments and the throughput

There are 2 sets of 48m platen printing machine made in China, and the through is 140 thousand pcs per month; 1 Bailingda computer embroidery equipment (including 9 needles and 20 head) made in Japan, the through is 100 thousand pcs per month.
