Shandong Demian Group Dezhou Yadelian Knitting Co., Ltd, locating in the west of the Jinghang canal of Dezhou city, was founded in 1958. Dezhou Yadelian Knitting Co., Ltd, which is a state-owned enterprise, joined in Shandong Demian Group in 1997.

The production area is 5.2 hectare, the workshop 20 thousand square meters; the staffs 1134, among them 95 are professional technicians and staffs graduated from university.

Shandong Demian Group Dezhou Yadelian Knitting Co., Ltd, one of the earliest state-owned knitting enterprise in Shandong Province, is an all-round knitting and garment enterprise, and it integrating weaving, dyeing, printing, broidering as well as garment. It owns 1300 million of RMB and belongs to national middle enterprise. It updated its equipments technically in 2000, with advanced single and double knitting cylinder machine made in Germany, Italy, and North Korea etc, it can produce high-tech face fabric, 2000 tons of various semi-finished fabric such as undershirt cloth, mesh, rib, interlock fabric, flannelette and looped pile. In blending and dying section, with dyeing, whiting, finalizing, pre-shrinking, finishing and teasing equipments etc, it can produce 2400 tons of various gray fabric making of cotton, blended spinning and chemical fiber annually; In printing section, with transfer printing machine, platen printing machine, drying machine and Bailingda computer embroidery machine as well as strong technical strength in pattern and design, it can produce 1700 thousand of printed fabric; In garment section, with advanced and complete sewing machine introduced from Japan, it can produce 5000 thousand of various garment.
